ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you use the Site or other means to purchase a product or service, payment must be received by Velez by Vesna prior to our acceptance of an order, unless otherwise agreed to by us in advance.  All of our products are subject to sales tax, which will be applied to your order total.  We may need to verify information you provide before we accept an order and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed.  If payment has already been made and your order is cancelled or limited, we will refund you any payment made for the product that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase.  We expressly condition acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms.

We will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your charges, as stated in your order.  We reserve the right to reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside the United States. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Velez by Vesna ships within the United States and Puerto Rico. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses at the moment and apologize for any inconvenience.
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 P.M CST, will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after this time, will be processed the following day.

All items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging up to 30 days upon delivery. We accept returns only for merchandise that was purchased directly from velezbyvesna.com. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
For damaged items, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Customer Service within five (5) business days of receipt by or calling (888) 466-0026 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6 PM CST.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas. You may be able to cancel a Velez by Vesna order before we start preparing it.
